1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment. Made-to-order or customized clothing cannot be canceled once production begins.

2. Returns
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition and packaging

With tags attached

Final sale or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
